As a student with the 无障碍资源中心 (A.R.C.), you are responsible for the timely access and activation of your academic accommodations.

- To opt in, inform your instructors of your services and share a copy of this accommodations letter.

such as Testing Accommodations, Alternate Media, ASL Interpreters, and Real-Time Captioning.
It is recommended to complete your online form(s) after you have enrolled for new
classes, prior to or at the start of each term, or as soon as possible.

- Access all other authorized accommodations of your choice for your classes. You may need to connect with the A.R.C. front desk, the 辅助技术中心 (ATC), or your instructor for support; review the A．R．C．住宿手册 了解更多信息。

Promptly connect with an A.R.C. counselor/specialist if you need to review your authorized accommodations, request a new copy of your accommodations letter, request changes to your accommodations, and/or address barriers or challenges in accessing your accommodations.

您的授权学术住宿信 confirms your participation with the A.R.C. and summarizes the accommodations approved for you to use for your Grossmont大学 classes. It is valid for your time at Grossmont College unless there is a "temporary" notation or expiration date indicated on your letter. If you wish to request changes to your accommodations, schedule an A.R.C. counseling appointment.

For help choosing classes, meet with an A.R.C. Counselor/Specialist. An abbreviated education plan (AEP) will give you a list of classes for one semester. A comprehensive education plan (CEP) will give you a list of classes for your remaining semesters in order for you to reach your educational goals. This is a roadmap to your certificate, Associate degree, or university transfer.
