• Early submission (prior to the start of your first/upcoming term) of your A.R.C. application is strongly recommended to ensure your services are established and your accommodations can be implemented in a timely manner.
• Allow for at least 5 business days to process your application. Once your application is processed and approved, the A.R.C. will contact you by phone or e-mail to schedule with an A.R.C. Counselor/Specialist for your first appointment, your intake. It is encouraged to contact the A.R.C. and check the status of your application submission should 5 business days lapse.

验证

残疾证明（VOD）必须明确残疾诊断，可以包括：

• 医疗记录
  （出院文件、医生信等）
• 机构的记录
  （退伍军人事务、地区中心、康复部等）
• 教育记录
  （个性化教育计划[IEP]、504计划、心理教育报告等）
• 其他学院/大学记录
  （伤残证明表格）

If you do not have existing VOD, you may ask your licensed provider (i.e. doctor, psychiatrist, mental health therapist, etc.) to complete an A.R.C. 伤残证明 的形式。
