通用设计 for Learning (UDL) is an educational framework based on research in learning and cognitive science. It promotes the design and implementation of flexible learning environments that can accommodate individual learning differences. UDL principles aim to provide engaging and intellectually challenging educational environments that motivate students to learn.

Curriculum based on UDL principles has four parts: instructional goals, methods, materials, and assessments. UDL is intended to implement inclusionary practices in the classroom by increasing access through reducing physical, cognitive, intellectual, and organizational barriers to learning.
