• Each semester, the student should complete the 荣誉合同 with the instructor that is willing to offer an honors addendum to the syllabus. The course addendum and additional course workload must approved by the Coordinator.
• 形式 may be submitted to the Coordinator by either the faculty or student, as long as all signatures are present and packet is completed.
