春季和秋季常规学期（14-16周）

• 学生必须在截止日期前提交申请材料 星期五上课 (Week 3) to the 荣誉协调员 in person or via email by 5pm. Please ensure that all required materials are submitted, or you may not be able to get Honors credit for the term, and will have to reapply in the next semester. Please leave hard copies under coordinators door (70-221) even if emails are sent.
• By the term deadline, instructors must articulate the additional 20% (or more) workload for Honors students. This can be with an Honors addendum and/or point breakdown. They may give to students to submit on their behalf, or directly communicate with the Honors coordinator.

完成的最后期限

• It is recommended that students completing the 荣誉项目 meet with the Honors Coordinator as they apply for transfer to a four-year school.

• Graduating students should meet with the 荣誉协调员 in their final semester to ensure that all completion requirements will be met. Please note that completion of the 荣誉项目, and the Grossmont Honors diploma currently have separate requirements for completion and are independent of one another.
