OER的5R
太阳城娱乐教育资源（OER）are defined as teaching, learning, and research materials that are either (a) in the public domain, or (b) openly许可in a manner that provides everyone with free and perpetual permission to engage in the5R activities. The 5Rs are defined as:
- 保留-创建、拥有和控制资源的副本
- 修改-编辑、改编和修改您的资源副本
- 混音– combine your original or revised copy of the resource with other existing material to create something new
- 重用-公开使用您的原始，修改或重新混合的资源副本

零教科书成本（ZTC） courses are those that are designated free from high costs traditionally associated with commercial textbooks. Faculty designate courses ZTC in the course schedule if they use OER or other free, or low cost options in their courses.
