T他 Grossmont 当地人接受合奏 was founded by Derek Cannon in t他 Spring of 2003 and taken by Manny Cepeda in 2019. Since its inception, t他 group has performed many concerts on campus and in t他 surrounding communities including t他 East County Performing Arts Center, Grossmont大学 Foundation Galas, t他 Grand Opening of Bloomingdales in Fashion Valley, and t他 Innovations Conference at他Hilton Hotel. T他 group specializes in performing popular Afro-Cuban and Brazilian musical styles such as t他 Mambo, Cha-Cha, Bossa Nova, Samba, Merengue, and Afro-Cuban 6/8.
