The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Emergency Security (CARES) Act provides emergency
aid to college and university students through the高等教育紧急救济基金.
Grossmont大学 received funding on April 26, 2020, and has provided all of its

CRRSAA和ARP
The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA) and the
American Rescue Plan (ARP) provides additional emergency aid to college and university
students through the高等教育紧急救济基金.
Grossmont大学 received CRRSAA funding on 2021年3月31日, and ARP funding on June
23, 2021. Grossmont大学 is currently accepting applications for student emergency
grants through these programs.

Department of Education and provides this assurance statement that Grossmont大学
has used the applicable amount of funds designated under the HEERF programs to provide

- Grossmont大学 will receive a total of $21,121,418 from the U.S. Department of
Education pursuant to the Certification and Agreement for Emergency 太阳城娱乐
Grants to Students under the HEERF programs.

Aid Grants to students under the HEERF programs.

- Grossmont大学's existing emergency grant program offers aid to eligible students
in the amount of $500 per term. Additionally, to ensure that available HEERF funds
could be distributed as widely as possible to students, Grossmont大学 decided
to award based on our existing award amount. This award amount could be subject to
change at a later date.
- Based upon our existing Emergency Grant application process, students had to complete
and submit an online HEERF application.
- In addition to the HEERF application, students must have remained enrolled in at least
one spring 2021 course or one fall 2021 course, and must confirm that they had additional
educational expenses related to the COVID-19 crisis. More detailed information on
