Please be advised thatconfidentialitymust be protected whether working with a student in person or via the internet. To assist the college in protectingyourright to confidentiality we will只有be able provide general information over the phone and/or email. We will not be able to answer specific questions¹ regarding your file via phone and/or email. Alternatively, for specific questions regarding your file, you can visit us in person at the Grossmont College 太阳城娱乐 office when a valid picture ID²is provided.
¹A specific question includes status of a file, required documents, reason for denial, etc.
²A valid picture ID includes(but not limited to) Grossmont-Cuyamaca大学 ID, high schoolID, state ID,military ID orUS passport.
NOTE:Due to the increase in applicants and the high volume of processing right before the fall term, it is currently taking advisors up to 3-4 business days to reply.
