的 Clery Act requires higher education institutions to give timely warnings of crimes that represent a threat to the safety of students or employees, 和 to make public their campus policies. It also requires that crime data is collected, reported 和 disseminated to the campus community.
Hard copies of the Clery Act are available free of charge at the 公共安全 offices located at Grossmont大学 Campus Building 57 和 Cuyamaca大学 Campus Building A-100. 的 Clery Act Report is available for viewing to all regular or prospective students, visitors 和 employees.

Board policy states that "Any student who engages in the unlawful manufacture, distribution, possession, or use of a controlled substance 和/or alcohol on District-owned or operated property or at an official college-sponsored function, or who is under the influence of any controlled substance or alcohol is in violation of state, District, 和 college regulations 和 is subject to disciplinary action.
