The 出勤费用 (COA) is the total calculated cost to attend college each year. The COA includes tuition, fees, room and board, and allowances for books, supplies, transportation, loan fees and other costs. It can also include other expenses like the rental or purchase of a personal computer, costs related to a disability, or costs for eligible study abroad programs.

For Title IV-eligible students, Grossmont大学 ensures timely access to funds for required books and supplies. Students awarded a Federal Pell Grant or Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG) prior to the start of the fall semester will receive an initial disbursement of 25% of their term award within the first or second week of the semester. This disbursement is intended to assist students in obtaining necessary educational materials promptly

A student enrolling in a study abroad program sponsored by the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District (GCCCD) that is approved for credit at Grossmont大学, is considered enrolled for the purposes of applying for 太阳城娱乐. It is their responsibilityto meet with their academic counselor to ensure the classes they are taking are required for the completion of their declared academic program.

  • After applying for 太阳城娱乐, students will be considered for eligibility for the California College Promise Grant (CCPG), the Grossmont Promise, Pell Grant, Cal Grant, scholarships, and loans.

Students will not be eligible for federal work-study. Depending on the cost of the study abroad program, the financial aid you received may not meet the full demonstrated financial need.

Students are responsible for any costs exceeding the amount of aid received and are responsible for making any payments for the program by the deadlines.
