The goal of the 管理服务 unit is to provide a firm foundation of administrative excellence to the college faculty, staff, and students.

The Office of the Vice President, 管理服务 is responsible for administrative and business operations such as:

• 会计 （与地区联络）

• 预算的制定、计划和监控 （与地区及规划预算局的关系）
• 收银及应收帐款
• 设施维修、理由和操作, 建筑管理（与地区及外间承建商联络）
• 食品服务 (合同管理),

• 风险管理（与地区联络）
• 区域商务服务和采购/合同 （校园审批及联络）
• 工资和人事 （分区联络）
• 打印服务.
