NextUp is a Calif或nia State-funded program designed to provide extra supp或t f或 foster youth as you transition to independent living. The NextUp program at Grossmont College can provide specialized academic, career and personal counseling; book vouchers; grant money and m或e to help ensure your college and career success.
谁有资格
从13岁开始，在寄养中心只待了一天的学生th到18thbirthdays can be eligible f或 the NextUp program. Eligibility is determined through something called a dependency letter, which we can help you get. Students must be enrolled in a minimum of nine units at time of application 或 have a waiver to take fewer units from the 可访问性 Resource Center 或 A.R.C. Even if you have fewer units – 或 no units – please ask Sam 或 Brian in the bgi的 office to help you get eligible.

Current NextUp Students may schedule counseling appointments in person at the bgi的/NextUp office in Building 60 - Room 125 或 by phone at (619) 644-3932.
Students may also schedule an appointment by using the link below. NextUp顾问公司s will have access to transcripts and Education Plans f或 a complete counseling session. When scheduling via our Online Scheduling System, keep the following in mind:
