同侪在线课程评审（POCR） was established in 2014 by the CVC-OEI Professional Development Workgroup to ensure students in the California Community College system have access to high-quality online courses designed to support student learning and success.

在POCR期间，审稿人使用CVC-OEI课程设计大纲as the standard for a 高质量在线课程. The rubric hasfour sections -- Content Presentation, Interaction, Assessment, and 可访问性 -- with a total of 44 elements between them.Once the peer-review process confirms a course aligns with the rubric, that course will be badged as a高质量在线课程.
