入学优先权常见问题
我怎样才能失去我的优先注册特权？
Priority registration is lost when you have been on academic and/or progress probation for two consecutive primary (fall / spring) semesters, or when you accrue more than 90 completed units of degree applicable coursework accumulated from Grossmont and Cuyamaca大学s only.
什么是留校察看？
A student is placed on academic probation when the student has attempted at least 12 semester units and the student earns a cumulative GPA of less than 2.0. Priority registration is lost when a student earns a cumulative GPA below 2.0 for two consecutive semesters.
什么是进步试用期？
A student is placed on progress probation when the student has attempted at least 12 semester units and the student earns 50% or more units of "W" (Withdrawal), "I" (Incomplete), or "NP" (No Pass), then the student will be placed on lack of progress probation. Priority registration is lost when a student completes less than 50% of their overall coursework for two consecutive semesters.

Does this 90 unit limit and academic probation rule apply to all continuing students, including veterans, CalWORKs, ARC, and EOPS?
Yes. Academic / progress probation and unit limits will be applied to all student groups, including veterans, ARC, EOPS, as well as international and non-resident students.
所有学分都算在90单元的限制内吗？
No. Only degree applicable units earned at Grossmont or Cuyamaca大学s count toward the 90 unit limitation. Degree applicable courses are labeled in the course catalog.
我从其他学院或大学转来的学分是否也算？
No. Units from courses taken at another college are NOT counted within the 90 unit limit. Only degree applicable units earned at GCCCD are counted towards the 90 unit limit.
取款是否算在90个单位的限额内？
No. The 90 unit limit applies only to the units you have earned. Withdrawals (W's) and incomplete (I's) will not count towards the 90 units.
正在生产的单位算在90个单位里吗？
No. Units currently in progress, the classes you are currently taking, are not counted because they have not been "earned" or completed at the time that you will be eligible to register for the next semester.

You can check how many degree applicable units you have by looking at the GCCCD Degree Overall line on your transcript.
What if I am in a high unit major, or had an illness at the end of the semester that affected my grade?
An appeals process is available for all students who lose enrollment priority due to extenuating circumstances that can be verified (accidents, illness, or other circumstances beyond the student's control), or who are in a verifiable high unit major.

A registration priority privilege can be restored when the student is no longer on academic/progress probation. A priority loss which occurs after a student accumulates 90+ units may not be restored except through petition.
