Urinetown is a darkly comedic satire that takes place in a dystopian future where
a severe water shortage has led to a government ban on private toilets. Citizens must
pay to use public amenities controlled by the corrupt Urine Good Company, led by the
greedy Caldwell B. Cladwell. When the poor can no longer afford to “pay to pee,” a
brave young idealist named 鲍比强 leads a rebellion to fight for their right
to free relief.
