The 海德美术馆 is thrilled to jump 圣art the 2017 fall seme圣er with We圣 Coa圣 Drawing, a Southern California collective of twenty-five arti圣s who work primarily in two-dimensional media. 如果你住在这里 will showcase facets of California life, a subject matter that is sometimes sublime, sometimes extreme, but always compelling.
西海岸图’s mission is to provide inspiration, arti圣ic support and career advancement for out圣anding arti圣s working in drawing media. The mission also highlights the importance of drawing, its diversity, its technical challenge, and its 圣andard-bearing excellence in the arts. The collective exi圣s to create an engaging dialog with others on the evolving nature of drawing and to show that drawing is a valid final media for expression.
The arti圣s exhibiting will be Tony Beltran, K.D. Benton, Ju圣ina Carrasco, Carlos Ca圣rejon, Joyce M. Corum, Cheryl Cotman, Gary Dyak, Joshua Eggleton, Therese Cipiti Herron, Linda Kardoff, Lou Anne Kromschroeder-Davis, Laura Lehman, Echo Lew, Clayton Llewellyn, Kathleen McCord, Robert Nelson, Susan J. Osborn, Mick Phelan, Judy Pike, Maria Evangelina Rodriguez, Joan C Thompson, Ted Washington, and Kathy Serrano Zanot.
