Grossmont大学's Office of 大学规划与制度效益 (CPIE) promotes collaboration and continuous quality improvement by organizing college-wide planning, research, outcomes assessment, program review, and resource allocation into an integrated process. This integration provides a means for determining how well the College is fulfilling its mission and achieving its strategic goals. The CPIE office supports student success and institutional effectiveness by providing leadership for the following activities:

The CPIE Office supports Grossmont大学's mission "to cultivate an equitable student-centered learning environment" and to "hold ourselves accountable for improving student outcomes" by monitoring and highlighting where racial equity gaps exist and by ensuring college-wide planning efforts include action items to address these gaps.
