选择标准:	大学认可委员会制定的五项准则： 学科领域知识； 吸引学生的能力 同行和学生评价 Willingness to go "above and beyond" in teaching and/or learning (such as publishing, acquiring grants, innovative developments); Other criteria that your department deems essential for good teaching and learning to take place.
选择计划:	Nominations solicited from departments at beginning of Spring semester. Recipients announced at Annual Recognition 奖 Ceremony in May.
