Some students have reported difficulty purchasing materials through the Grossmont College 书店 while using their Student Email Account. Follow this guide to create a personal account instead.

If you received an error while checking out using your GCCCD account, please follow the steps below to checkout with a personal account.

第一部分-查找课程材料

- 当前期限；
- 部门/主题,
- 课程编号（110、120等）；
- 课程的四位数分段号。

第二部分-结帐&登录/创建帐户

If you’ve bought from the 书店 previously, sign in with your personal
(Yahoo, Gmail, etc.) account details.

- Fill in all required fields. Be sure to create a super-memorable password -- we cannot reset it for you. If you forget your password the only option will be the 忘记密码？ 的过程。
*注意: Double- and triple-check your student ID # is correct. You are not able to change it after the fact.

With your personal account, you should be able to proceed with the checkout process as normal.
