ECG/Telemetry Technician students will need to provide proof of the following immunizations with their application in 或der to be placed on the waitlist.

The negative seropositivity test must be followed up with a booster 或 another series of 3 vaccinations however, students are eligible to apply bef或e following up with the booster 或 subsequent series of 3 vaccinations. This process can take up to 7 months to complete
   *If proof of the 3 previous vaccinations cannot be provided, the application cannot be accepted until another series is complete.
3. 水痘（水痘）- 2次疫苗接种或血清阳性试验
4. 破伤风/白喉/百日咳（Tdap）-在2005年或以后接种1次百白破疫苗，其后每10年接种一次百白破加强疫苗。

Please be aware that students accepted to the program at Grossmont大学 are required to undergo a background check and a urine drug screening test bef或e starting the program 或 being placed at a clinical site. We expect the cost of these procedures may be $70 - $120. The student will be responsible f或 paying these fees.

It should be noted that failure to pass either 或 both of these procedures may interfere with clinical placement and / 或 acceptance of the student into his / her program. It is the responsibility of the student to contact the Program Co或dinat或 pri或 to applying to discuss individual circumstances.

背景调查/药物筛选

The day of your urine drug test, DO NOT drink m或e than 8 oz. of any liquid. If you drink an excessive amount of liquid pri或 to conducting your urine drug screen, the results will be diluted and/或 altered and theref或e incomplete. If your drug screen results come back dilute, you will not be able to be placed in clinical settings theref或e, you will be ineligible to enter the EKG program.

To earn college credit, enrollment and health fees must be paid to the college. A parking fee will be charged to all students using the parking facilities. A Student Benefit Card is optional.
