Members of the 总统反种族主义特别工作组 include faculty, classified professionals, and administrators. Members of the President's Cabinet, Academic Senate, Classified Senate also serve and are appointed by the college president.

The 总统反种族主义特别工作组 regularly meets throughout each semester. Professional development is made available to Grossmont大学 through book clubs, campus forums, and other educational functions to address anti-racism.
