When you are in 帆布, click the Help icon in the global navigation (left-side of screen) to see a list of helpful resources and contact information. You can search the 帆布 guides, find the 帆布 contact information and "live chat" with 帆布 support.
请提交 更改画布显示名称 form to request a display name change. This will change how your name appears in Discussions, Announcements and Conversations in 帆布, but it will not change the display of your name on the People page or Grades. 自助服务 and 帆布 username will stay the same.
